What next?
I understand how important it is to choose the right counsellor for you and how difficult this can be. I offer a free 15 minute phone call in which we can discuss what you are hoping to achieve and how I may be able to support you.
The first session
Our first session begins with introducing ourselves . We will cover contracting and boundaries. We will then talk about what brought you to seeking counselling and your goals. The first session is a chance for you to check that you feel comfortable working with me to ensure a therapeutic relationship can be established, with your best interests in mind.
